How to use Soton Bulk
Answers to the most common questions about ordering, payment, fulfilment, and refunds.
How to place an order
- Browse the everyday shop, or select the pulsing session label when a monthly order session is open.
- When using a monthly order session, shop from the products listed inside that session. An item marked out of stock in the everyday shop may still be available to order through the session.
- Choose a pack size, weight, or box amount where a product offers those options.
- Set the quantity and select Add to cart.
- Open Cart at the top of the page to review quantities, choose collection or delivery, and add an optional note.
- Select the checkout button to place the order. Guest shoppers must provide a name and email address.
How monthly order sessions work
Most session shopping happens through a monthly order near the end of the month. When one is open, a pulsing label appears on the shop page with the session name and Click me. Select it to enter that session's product list.
Session availability is separate from stock in the everyday shop. This means products shown as out of stock on the normal shop page can still be available when shopping inside the session, provided they are included and marked available there.
Add what you need and place the order before the session's closing date. The session page shows the expected collection or delivery date and any service charge. Your monthly-order cart is kept separate from an everyday-shop cart.
Paying for an order
After placing an order, follow the payment instructions shown with it and use the exact order number as your payment reference. Your order page will show whether payment is unpaid, partly paid, or paid. Payment and order-confirmation emails come from the configured Soton Bulk address.
Collection and delivery
Choose collection or delivery while reviewing your cart. The relevant date and collection details appear on the order. Delivery requires a phone number and address and may add the displayed delivery charge.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change quantities or remove products while the cart remains editable. Once an order is paid or delivered, customer changes are locked. Use Contact us if you need help with a submitted order or cancellation.
When to expect a refund
If fewer goods are delivered than were paid for, a refund becomes available after the short delivery is recorded. We will email a secure claim link, which must be used within 30 days. Registered customers can choose account credit or request a bank transfer; guests can request a bank transfer.
Bank-transfer timing depends on support approval and bank processing. If an approved refund has not arrived, use Contact us and include your order number.
